Reporting a problem

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and what happened before the problem. A screenshot can help; please leave out personal or sensitive information.

Scores and Game Center

You can play without Game Center. To use leaderboards, check that you are signed in to Game Center in your device settings and connected to the internet. English and French scores have separate leaderboards.

Saved games

Progress is stored on your device. Please contact support before deleting the app to troubleshoot a problem, as deletion can remove your saved game.
