Reporting a problem

Include your phone or tablet model, its Android or iOS version, the app version, and what happened before the problem. A screenshot can help; please leave out personal or sensitive information.

Leaderboards and achievements

You can play without signing in. Leaderboards and achievements use Google Play Games on Android and Game Center on iOS: check that you are signed in to that service and connected to the internet. Achievements earned offline are sent the next time you sign in.

Saved games

Progress is stored on your device. Please contact support before deleting the app to troubleshoot a problem, as deletion removes your saved progress.
